Kimbo Kitchen is part of the Kimbo brand that has been known for a long time. The Kimbo brand itself has products:

Kimbo Kitchen was launched to fulfill consumer aspirations in obtaining ready-to-eat dishes that are practical, delicious and hygienic.

Kimbo Kitchen products are the creative products of Kimbo Kitchen, producing delicious home cooking, exactly the same as the cooking done by your mother at home.

All Kimbo Kitchen products have obtained MUI & BPOM certification (stated on the product packaging). Produced with modern technology in a factory that has ISO 22000: 2005 certification (Food Safety Management System) and HALAL GUARANTEE System.

In fact, Kimbo Kitchen products are Ready to Eat. However, if you want to consume the food while it is warm, there are 3 recommended heating options (listed on the back of the product packaging). The most practical and enjoyable way is to "dip the product (without opening the packaging)" into boiling water for 3-5 minutes, remove, and then it is ready to be enjoyed. For the DESSERT series products (Black Sticky Rice Porridge and Various Bean Porridge) can also be enjoyed mixed with ice or cold.

Kimbo Kitchen packaging is made of the best quality aluminum foil, so it will not cause damage to either the product contents or the packaging.

No need to add water. Simply put the entire contents of the product and the broth into a pan/wok, then heat for 3-5 minutes.

For Chicken Curry --> 11 months, while for all items other than chicken curry --> 12 months, calculated from the production date.

Kimbo Kitchen products are simply stored at room temperature (no need for cold temperatures/refrigerators), but must be maintained so that the packaging is not damaged/torn. If the packaging is damaged/torn, the product will be damaged. The characteristics of a damaged product are that the product becomes bloated, or the contents become runny like water.

Kimbo Kitchen DOES NOT ADD any preservatives to the raw materials and during the sterilization process. If there is any type of preservative content, then it comes from the primary raw materials used, such as tomato sauce, soy sauce and coconut milk.

The use of modern technology (sterilization) which results in a fairly long product life. The technology used is similar to the technology for making UHT (Ultra High Temperature) milk. However, with the pouch packaging used by Kimbo Kitchen, it produces a more "practical" product for the ready-to-eat food category.

What makes food not durable is when there are bacteria that are active in the food. During production, Kimbo Kitchen products that have been neatly packaged and go through a heating process at a temperature of 1200 C so as to kill all the bacteria contained in it.

No need. Just pour the entire contents of the product along with the sauce into a pot/pan/frying pan, then heat for 3-5 minutes.

Kimbo Kitchen products when the packaging has been opened will be the SAME as home cooking, with a very limited shelf life. Therefore, we recommend that you eat them immediately, especially since the portion per pack is not too much, only enough for 1-2 people. However, if you still want to store them in the refrigerator, it is recommended not to exceed 1 day.
